Mobile Messaging Terms

These Mobile Messaging Terms (“Terms”) govern the Athletes Thread text message program (the “Program”), operated by College Thread, LLC d/b/a Athletes Thread (“Athletes Thread,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in or using the Program, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Program & consent

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated and personalized text messages from Athletes Thread at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

2. How to opt in

You can join the Program by submitting your mobile number through our website (including our sign-up pop-up and site footer), at checkout, in the Athletes Thread app, or by texting us. Your submission of your mobile number with the disclosed consent language is your express written consent to receive messages; there is no separate reply-to-confirm step.

3. Message frequency & rates

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply, based on your plan with your wireless carrier. Athletes Thread does not charge for the Program itself.

4. Opt out (STOP)

To opt out, reply STOP at any time; you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. To rejoin, opt in again as described above.

5. Help (HELP)

For help, reply HELP or email help@athletesthread.com.

6. Delivery & carriers

The Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

7. Eligibility

The Program is available to residents of the United States who are the account holder of, or have authority over, the mobile number provided, and who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state.

8. Your privacy

We handle the information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile opt-in information or consent will be shared with, or sold to, any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile data may be shared only with subprocessors that help us deliver the messaging service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
