How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped from our production facilities, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.
You can also check updates anytime on your Order Status Page, which shows your shipping carrier, tracking number, and real-time delivery progress.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery time includes both production time and shipping time. Production time varies depending on the product type, so please refer to the product description for this information.
Once production is complete, you’ll receive tracking info to follow your package. Shipping times vary by location and carrier.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order is taking longer than expected, email us at help@athletesthread.com with your order number (e.g., AT123456) in the subject line. If your delivery address has changed, include the new address.
We’ll review your order with our production team and get back to you as soon as possible.
Can my order be expedited for an additional fee?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer expedited production or shipping at this time. All orders are processed in the order they’re received, and we work hard to complete them as fast as possible.
Why is part of my order missing or delayed?
Different items within our catalog may have different production times. We ship each product as soon as it’s ready, so some items might arrive before others.
You’ll receive tracking for each shipment once available to stay updated on your entire order!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Depending on your country, there may be extra steps or fees due to local postal regulations.
Once tracking is available, we recommend monitoring it closely to ensure a smooth delivery.
📦 Order Changes & Cancellations
How can I change my shipping address?
Reach out to help@athletesthread.com with your order number in the subject line and your new address in the message body.
Address changes can only be made if your order is still in production and hasn’t shipped yet.
How can I cancel my order and get a refund?
We process orders and begin production as quickly as possible to meet turnaround times, so cancellations aren’t guaranteed.
If you need to cancel, reach out to help@athletesthread.com within 24 hours of your purchase. Include your order number and the word “Cancel” in the subject line.
After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible.
How can I make changes to my order items?
Depending on the change requested, you may need to cancel and submit a new order while we cancel the original. While not guaranteed, we’ll try to accommodate requests for any changes.
Reach out to help@athletesthread.com with your order number and specify what you’d like to change.
Note: Changes can only be made if your order hasn’t shipped. Some size changes may incur extra costs.

How can I return or exchange a product?
Due to the fast-moving nature of NIL merchandise, all of our products are made to order — therefore we can’t accept returns or exchanges.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it! Reach out to help@athletesthread.com with your order number and use the word “DEFECT” in the subject line. Please attach clear photos of the item received.
What happens if my order gets returned to the sender?
This means there was an issue with the address listed on your order at checkout. Please reach out to help@athletesthread.com with your order number and updated address so we can arrange a new shipment.
What happens if my order gets delivered to the wrong address?
If the order was successfully delivered to the address entered at checkout and that address was incorrect, we’re unable to replace the order.
Please double check your address before completing your purchase.
What happens if my order gets lost in transit?
If your order is lost during shipping, don’t worry — we’ll send a replacement at no cost. Email help@athletesthread.com with your order number so we can resolve it quickly.

How do I use a discount code?
Enter your discount code at checkout in the discount field. If there’s a company-wide sale, such as our Back to School sale, that discount is applied automatically unless another code is used.
How do I use an Athlete’s Thread gift card?
At checkout, select Gift Card as your payment method and enter your unique code. The amount will apply directly to your total.
Can I use multiple discounts or promotions on a single order?
No — only one discount or promotional offer can be used per order unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer.

Do you offer customizable products?
Due to collegiate licensing regulations, we can’t print custom names outside of official athlete stores unless granted specific permission. While some exceptions exist, those are clearly stated in the product description.
